VOYAGE IN INEXISTANT LAND is a solo exhibition by visionary artist Firouz FarmanFarmaian, coinciding with the 19th International Architecture Exhibition and the 82nd Venice International Film Festival. The exhibition runs through September 30, 2025.

The opening week features dynamic performances by post-rock ensemble FORRM across various venues in Venice, enhancing FarmanFarmaian’s immersive artistic vision.

Inspired by the dialogue of Casanova, this exhibition delves into themes of magic, myth, and the boundaries of reality. It marks a return to painting and abstraction, inviting visitors to explore imagined landscapes that challenge cultural memory.

Following his successful participation in the 59th Venice Biennale with GATES OF TURAN, FarmanFarmaian’s latest film, Path, shot in Kyrgyzstan and Venice, serves as a cinematic extension of his artistic narrative.

As the artist reflects: “In an ethereal realm where the tangible meets the intangible, VOYAGES IN INEXISTANT LAND whispers of lost wonders and forgotten reveries. We are beckoned to reclaim the shimmering echoes of our collective memory.”
